The Plum Guide ski stop is a safety accessory for the Plum Guide touring ski binding, designed to prevent the loss of the ski in the event of an accidental release. It mounts directly onto the ski, with no intermediate element between the binding and the ski, and is easily activated by a push button and a sliding cursor. To lock it in the safety position, simply slide the cursor forward until it stops, which reveals the red safety button, then release the pressure to secure the lock. To switch back to the ski position, press the red button and slide the cursor backward.
