Shipping policy

At Equinox Outdoor, we do everything we can to ensure fast and reliable shipping of your orders.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within mainland France. For any specific requests (French overseas territories, international shipping), please contact us directly at contact@skitruck.fr

Processing Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods
We work with well-known carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.) to offer you several options: standard home delivery, pickup point delivery, or express delivery, depending on your choice at the time of ordering.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package, the destination address, and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You will then be able to track your package in real time.

In the event of a delay or delivery issue, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to find a quick and suitable solution.

Notes
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, you will receive a confirmation email for each package.
