These terms and conditions govern sales made through the website www.equinox-outdoor.com.

Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website. Each product is presented with a description as accurate and detailed as possible. Photographs and visual materials are not contractually binding.

Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.

Prices
Prices are stated in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering. Equinox Outdoor reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing that the price displayed at the time of the order will apply.

Order
Any order placed on the website constitutes the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Once the order has been confirmed, a summary will be sent by email.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payment is made through the secure payment solutions offered by Shopify: credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method activated on the store.

Delivery
Deliveries are made within mainland France. Delivery times, methods, and rates are specified in the Shipping Policy.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The return is made at the customer’s expense, and the product must be returned in its original condition. Certain products are not subject to the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalized goods, services that have already been performed, etc.).

Warranty
The products sold are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the statutory warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.
