Maintenance Tips

We recommend waxing and sharpening your equipment at least once a year. Be sure to dry your climbing skins thoroughly after each outing. Re-waterproof and re-glue them regularly! Remember to store your skis away from moisture to prevent the edges from oxidizing!

Description

The V-Werks range brings together all the possible technology that our engineers, testers, workers, and machines in Straubing-Bavaria can incorporate into a ski. For the Mantra V-Werks, we naturally find the famous 3D construction, which allows for a thinner ski from tip to tail, while maintaining greater rigidity underfoot. The ski is entirely covered with multiple layers of carbon along its entire length. It features a wood core with a 0.6mm Titanal strip forged into this wood core. The Mantra V-Werks will have camber underfoot and tip and tail rocker with 99mm underfoot. With the weight reduction from the 3D construction and carbon, the ski will weigh only 1680g in 178cm. This incredibly light and high-performing ski managed to impress all testers with its on-piste capabilities, its liveliness due to its light weight, its off-piste versatility given its width, and its comfort thanks to the Titanal strip.
