Description

The 2022 Völkl Rise Above 88 is a versatile touring ski designed for male skiers seeking lightness, maneuverability, and performance on both ascents and descents. With an 88 mm waist and a 15 m turn radius in 170 cm, it ensures good flotation in light snow and solid grip on hard snow. Its construction incorporates a Hybrid Multilayer Woodcore, combining lightness and rigidity, reinforced by full-length sidewalls for direct power transmission. The 3D Radius Sidecut profile, with three different radii, allows for optimal adaptation to tight turns as well as wide arcs, offering fluid maneuverability and increased stability. The ski is also equipped with the Smart Skinclip system, facilitating the attachment and removal of touring skins, and a structured P-Tex 2100 base for optimal glide.
