Description

The brand new Duke PT 12 (DIN 4-12) also combines the performance of a Squire with the comfortable ascent properties of a pin binding. The innovative Ride & Hike toe is an absolute highlight. For walk mode, the upper part is simply unlocked and tilted forward, revealing the pin binding. To save weight, the upper jaw part can be removed and stored in the backpack. The multifunctional Lock & Walk unit automatically locks the brakes and provides a 10° climbing aid. For downhill mode, the front part of the jaw is put back onto the base plate, quadrupled by Auto Quad Lock technology. Now, the toe piece functions like an alpine toe piece with all its advantages! The heel is the latest generation of lightweight Hollow Linkage heels. The low height of 24mm allows for direct power transmission and quick edge changes. Thanks to Sole.ID, all Duke PTs are compatible with alpine, touring, and GripWalk boots.
